In construction, your mechanics lien is the leverage that gets an invoice paid — and it lives or dies on a strict, state-specific clock. LienWarden tracks every lien deadline for each of your projects so a missed date never forfeits your security for payment.

You enter a project's state and its first/last furnishing and completion dates. LienWarden applies that state's lien rules and computes every relevant deadline — preliminary notices (such as California's 20-day notice), notices of intent to lien, the lien-recording deadline, the enforcement (foreclosure) suit deadline, payment-bond claims on bonded or public jobs, and notice-of-completion response windows.

From there the agent runs on its own:

• It monitors. Every project's deadlines are recomputed daily, with alerts tripped at 60, 30 and 7 days out — and immediately when a window is about to close.
• It drafts. When an invoice goes unpaid, the agent prepares the document in full at your direction from the facts you supply — a factual payment demand letter in your own business name, a notice of intent to lien, or the state-rule preliminary notice. • It delivers. After you review and approve, one click emails the document to the payer in your business name (included with every paid plan, with replies routed straight to you) or sends it by USPS Certified Mail with tracking for a flat $19 — on any plan.
